Need a simple, no-nonsense list of things to do for your vehicle? This is a one size fits all maintenance schedule. Doing the list as we recommend will preserve your warranty as well as the longevity of the vehicle well beyond 100,000 miles! (1) "Oil Change" - Every 3000/3750 Miles (~$37) Drain and fill engine oil Reset service reminder Inspect tires and set tire pressures
(2) "Minor Service" - Every 7500 Miles (~$70) Rotate and balance tires Brake Inspection and measurement
(3) "15K Intermediate Service" - Every 15000 Miles (~$220) Replace Engine Air Filter
(4) "Major Service" - Every 30000 Miles (~$450-650) Replace Conventional Spark plugs Drain and fill manual transmission Brake fluid flush Clutch fluid flush Engine coolant drain and fill with make-specific Genuine Coolant Drain and fill front differential (if separate from transmission) Drain and fill center differential oil (if applicable) (4WD) Perform Valve adjustment (Some cars)
Repeat the above lists until certain other procedures are required:
Replace platinum spark plugs Perform Valve adjustment (some cars)
Every 90000 Miles Replace Timing Belt at least; discuss complete job -- Toyota, Mazda, Subaru
Every 105000 Miles Replace Timing Belt at least; discuss complete job -- Honda Replace Iridium Spark Plugs Perform Valve Adjustment
